Christmas / New Year Closure

20 Dec 23 Christmas / New Year Closure

Hello All,

We wanted to reach out and make you aware that the Somerset Phoenix Project will be closed for a short time and therefore you will not be able to contact Phoenix professionals between Thursday 21st December 2023 & Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

If you are working with a specific member of our team, their email out-of-office information will detail when they are in work either side of these dates. We will pick up your emails/messages as soon as we can on our return in 2024. We hope you all have the opportunity to have some much-needed winter rest and enjoy whatever traditions you choose. We recognise that this time of year can be particularly challenging for some. If you feel you need support or you know someone who might need support during this time, we recommend reaching out to the following services –
