Emily, Phoenix Team Manager, wants to let you all know that I have taken the sad but exciting decision to take a new job and leave Phoenix.

I wasn’t looking for a job but one found me. I have been working freelance for an education trust in West Devon offering supervision and child recovery work. They are creating a role as they want to spread this work across the trust. I have been appointed trust trauma lead and will be creating change in 14 primary schools, 3 secondaries and 1 SEMH school to turn the trust into a trauma-informed organisation.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside you and your organisations for so many years. It will be sad to say goodbye.
