Wellbeing Jars

Mental wellbeing is the ability to cope with the day to day stresses of life.  We all have mental wellbeing and we all have the potential to move between 3 mental wellbeing groups: doing well and feeling good; finding things hard and being unwell and possibly having time off work.

The video describes a proactive, practical and creative idea, making a wellness jar, that is designed to help you monitor and manage your mental wellbeing at work to try to help keep you in group one.  Once you have watched the video, why not have a go at making your own wellness jar.

More information can be found on the Mind website.
